摘要
为了探讨不同非纤维性碳水化合物/中性洗涤纤维(NFC/NDF)日粮对育肥赣西山羊生长性能、肉品质和器官发育的影响,试验选择健康、月龄和体重相近的赣西山羊39只,随机分为3组,每组13只(公7母6)。每组山羊分别饲喂NFC/NDF为0.9 (L组)、1.2 (M组)和1.5 (H组)的全价颗粒饲料,试验期为70 d。结果表明:1)试验第40和70天,L组山羊体高显著低于M组(P <0.05)。2)试验1~40 d,H组山羊的平均日采食量和料重比均显著高于M组(P <0.05);试验1~70 d,H组山羊的平均日采食量显著高于L组(P <0.05)。3) L组的山羊肉剪切力显著高于M组(P <0.05),M组的山羊肉黄度显著高于H组(P <0.05)。4) L组山羊瘤胃重量显著高于H组(P <0.05),H组山羊网胃重量和指数以及皱胃重量和指数极显著低于其他两组(P <0.01)。综上所述,从本研究结果来看,日粮低NFC/NDF能够促进赣西山羊胃的发育,提高生长性能,其中NFC/NDF为0.9日粮对赣西山羊育肥效果较好。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of diets with different non-fibrous carbohydrate(NFC)/neutral detergent fiber(NDF) ratios on the growth performance, meat quality, and organ development of Ganxi goats.Thirty-nine healthy Ganxi goats with similar age and body weight were selected and randomly divided into three groups with 13 goats per group(7 male and 6 female). Goats in the three groups were fed complete pellet feed with NFC/NDF of 0.9(L),1.2(M), and 1.5(H), respectively for 70 days. The results were as follow: 1) The body height of goats in group L was significantly lower than that in group M on day 40 and 70 of the experiment(P < 0.05). 2) The average daily feed intake and feed/gain of goats in group H were significantly higher than those in group M on day 1 to 40 of the experiment(P < 0.05).The average daily feed intake of goats in group H was significantly higher than that in group L on day 1 to 70 of the experiment(P < 0.05). 3) The shear force of goat meat in group L was significantly higher than that in group M(P < 0.05).The yellowness of goat meat in group M was significantly higher than that in group H(P < 0.05). 4) The rumen weight of goats in group L was significantly higher than that in group H(P < 0.05). The weight and index of reticulum and abomasum in group H were significantly lower than those in the other two groups(P < 0.01). In conclusion, diet with low NFC/NDF can promote stomach development and improve the growth performance of Ganxi goat. In addition, the result of this study showed that diet with NFC/NDF of 0.9 has a superior fattening effect on Ganxi goat.
