摘要
[目的]分析初高中学生近视相关经济负担,阐明不同近视矫正方式下的经济负担差异,探索影响经济负担的因素。[方法]以北京市丰台区学生为研究对象,采用家长问卷和自我评估问卷相结合的调查表,调查收集研究对象近视及其相关花费情况的信息,采用多因素分位数回归,分析不同分位数下,影响近视经济负担的因素。[结果]本研究共纳入3223名学生,其中近视的学生为2211名(68.5%)。在近视的学生中,人均年经济负担为(1525.3~2683)元。年龄小、采用联合近视矫正方式、换镜周期短且在医疗机构配镜会增加近视经济负担。[结论]儿童青少年近视导致的经济负担巨大,需要有关部门关注低龄儿童配镜费用,并且适当增加对医疗机构配镜费用的补助。
Objective To analyze the relative economic burden of myopia in middle and high school students,clarify the difference in the economic burden under different myopia correction methods,and explore the factors that affect the economic burden.Methods Students from Fengtai District,Beijing were included in the study.Combination of parental and self-assessment questionnaires were used to investigate and collected the information on the myopia and related expenses.Multi-factor quantile regression was used to analyze the factors that affect the economic burden of myopia under different quantiles.Results A total of 3223 students were included in this study,of which 2211(68.5%)were myopic.Among the myopic students,the mean annual economic burden per capita was 1525.32683 yuan.Young age,the use of combined correction,short lens change cycle and lens fitting in medical institutions will increase the economic burden of myopia.Conclusions The economic burden caused by myopia in children and adolescents is huge,it is necessary for relevant departments need to pay attention to the cost of lens fitting in young children and appropriately increase the subsidy for the cost of lens fitting in medical institutions.
