摘要
目的观察框架眼镜联合角膜塑形术对青少年中高度近视的矫正效果。方法选取2016年5月至2018年5月我院眼科接诊的110例中高度近视青少年患者,将其随机分为对照组(55例,102眼,框架眼镜矫正视力)和观察组(55例,105眼,框架眼镜联合角膜塑形术矫正视力)。比较两组裸眼视力、屈光度、眼轴长度、并发症发生情况及视觉质量。结果治疗1年后,观察组裸眼视力明显高于对照组,屈光度、眼轴长度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗1年后,观察组NEI-RQL-42各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论框架眼镜联合角膜塑形术能够延缓青少年中高度近视患者的眼轴增长,有效改善其裸眼视力和屈光度,提高患者视觉质量,安全可靠,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the correction effect of frame glasses combined with orthokeratology on middle and high myopia in adolescents.Methods One hundred and ten adolescents patients with middle and high myopia received by ophthalmology department of our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group(55 cases,102 eyes,correction vision by frame glasses)and observation group(55 cases,105 eyes,correction vision by frame glasses combined with orthokeratology).The visual acuity,diopter,axial length,complications and visual quality of the two groups were compared.Results After one year of treatment,the visual acuity in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the diopter and axial length were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After one year of treatment,various NEI-RQL-42 scores of the observation were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Frame glasses combined with orthokeratology can delay the axial growth of middle and high myopia in adolescents,effectively improve their visual acuity and diopter,improve the visual quality of patients,which is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical application.
