摘要
以机箱CD-ROM挡板注塑成型为例,利用UG软件进行三维建模,并运用Moldflow分析软件对注塑性能参数进行仿真分析。设计了正交试验,选择熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力、保压时间、冷却时间等参数作为自变量,以注塑制品翘曲变形量为因变量,并对工艺参数进行优化,得出最佳参数组合。结果表明:当熔体温度为225℃、模具温度为50℃、保压压力为120 MPa、保压时间为15 s、冷却时间为30 s,优化后的机箱CD-ROM挡板翘曲变形量由0.640 9 mm减少至0.414 3 mm,降低了35.36%,改善了塑件的翘曲变形量。试验结果为提高产品质量、提升生产效率、降低材料成本提供参考。
Taking the injection molding of box CD-ROM baffle as an example,the three-dimensional modeling was carried out by UG software,and the injection molding performance parameters were simulated and analyzed by Moldflow analysis software.The orthogonal test was designed.The melt temperature,mold temperature,packing pressure,packing time,cooling time and other parameters were selected as independent variables,and the warpage of injection molded products was taken as the dependent variable.The process parameters were optimized to obtain the optimal parameter combination.The results show that when the melt temperature is 225 ℃,the mold temperature is 50 ℃,the holding pressure is 120 MPa,the holding time is 15 s and the cooling time is 30 s,the warpage of the CD-ROM baffle of the optimized chassis is reduced from 0.640 9 mm to 0.414 3 mm,which is reduced by 35.36%,and the warpage of the plastic parts is improved.The test results provide reference for improving product quality,improving production efficiency and reducing material cost.
