摘要
开展科技社会服务是区域经济发展对高职院校办学的必然要求,也是提高高职院校社会影响力的关键举措。以长三角地区40所“双高”职业院校2020年度的教育质量年报为研究对象,通过对相关数据和内容的分析,总结高职院校科技社会服务能力的现状、问题。数据显示,长三角地区“双高”院校的科技社会服务能力总体较强,但是存在院校间差距较大、科技成果转移转化能力较弱、教师开展科技服务的氛围不浓等问题。针对这些问题,需要建立适合院校特点的科技服务模式、加强科技成果转移转化的实践探索,以及建设推动科技社会服务的制度支持环境。
Carrying out science and technology serving society is not only the inevitable requirement of regional economic development for higher vocational colleges,but also the key measure to improve their social influence.Taking the 2020 annual report of education quality of 40 high-level vocational colleges in the Yangtze River Delta as the research object,this paper summarizes the current situation and problems of science and technology serving society ability of higher vocational colleges through the analysis of relevant data and content.The data shows that these colleges in the Yangtze River Delta generally have a strong ability of science and technology serving society,but there are some problems,such as a large gap between colleges and universities,a weak ability to transfer and transform scientific and technological achievements,and a weak atmosphere for teachers to carry out science and technology services.To solve these problems,we need to establish a scientific and technological service model suitable for the characteristics of colleges and universities,increase the practical exploration of the transfer and transformation of scientific achievements,and establish a supporting environment to promote science and technology serving society.
