摘要
世界高等教育近几十年来发生了巨大变化。这种变化是在科学技术加速发展和全球化背景下发生的。世界高等教育发展的基本趋势是高等教育的大众化、终身化、信息化、国际化。高等学校改革的基本动向是:学校加强与社会的联系、提倡学生参与学习、拓宽知识面,改革培养模式、开展评价与反馈、建立质量保证体系。世界高等学校发展的基本经验是:开放、产学研合作、建立学术中心。
There has been a tremendous change in the world higher education in the past decades. Such a change has taken place under the general background of globalization and accelerating development in sciences and＇ technologies. The basic current lies in its publicity, life-long learning, information-orientation, and internationalization. The principal trend is as follows： tightening association of universities with the society, advocating students＇ self participation, enlarging their knowledge areas, reforming the fostering patterns, advancing assessment and feedback, and setting up quality guarantee systems. And the fundamental experience is： openness, cooperation of industry, learning and research, and establishing academic centers.
