摘要
目的:探讨用盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选取宝鸡市精神卫生中心2018年2月至2020年3月收治的抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者78例,按照药物治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组(采用盐酸舍曲林进行治疗)和研究组(采用盐酸舍曲林+阿戈美拉汀进行治疗)。对比两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)的评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)的评分、血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平、不良反应的发生情况。结果:(1)治疗后,研究组患者的HAMD评分、PSQI评分(13.51±2.74)分、(7.23±2.54)分均低于对照组患者的HAMD评分、PSQI评分(16.43±2.95)分、(9.46±3.09)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,研究组患者血清MDA的水平低于对照组患者,其血清SOD的水平高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:用盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍的临床疗效良好,可改善患者氧化应激因子指标的水平,且安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of sertraline hydrochloride combined with agomelatine in the treatment of depression with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 78 patients with depression and sleep disorders admitted to Baoji Mental Health Center from February 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into control group(sertraline hydrochloride treatment)and study group(sertraline hydrochloride+agomelatine treatment)according to different drug treatment methods.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,serum malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)After treatment,the HAMD score and PSQI score of the study group[(13.51±2.74)points,(7.23±2.54)points]were lower than those of the control group[(16.43±2.95)points,(9.46±3.09)points].The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the level of serum MDA in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of serum SOD in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sertraline hydrochloride combined with agomelatine has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of depression with sleep disorders,which can improve the level of oxidative stress factors in patients,and has high safety.
