摘要
公交承载着城市传承发展的脉络,安全文化是实现城市公交企业安全发展的“根”和“魂”,推进安全文化建设,是汇集参与支持安全生产工作力量、实施安全发展战略的必然要求。本文通过北京公交集团安全文化建设实践,从安全理念文化、安全管理文化、安全物质文化三个方面构建城市公交企业安全文化建设评价体系,并运用COWA-G1算法进行评价,确定各项指标权重,为城市公交企业安全文化建设发展提供可借鉴的评价体系。
Public transport carries the context of urban inheritance and development,and safety culture is the"root"and"soul"to realize the safe development of urban public transport enterprises.Promoting the construction of safety culture is the inevitable result of gathering and participating in the work of supporting safe production and implementing the strategy of safe development.Require.Through the practice of safety culture construction of Beijing Public Transport Group,this paper constructs an evaluation system for the construction of urban public transport enterprise safety culture from three aspects:safety concept culture,safety management culture,and safety material culture,and uses COWA-G1 algorithm to evaluate and determine the weights of various indicators.It provides a reference evaluation system for the construction and development of safety culture of urban public transport enterprises.
