摘要
应用模糊数学理论,结合安全检查表,对企业安全文化进行模糊综合评价,得出企业安全文化等级。确定评价因素的权重时,采用了定性与定量相结合的层次分析法,使权重的赋值更加科学合理,较好地反映了各因素对企业安全文化现状的重要程度。
Fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation on enterprise safety culture is conducted by applying the fuzzy mathematics theory and in accordance with the safety check list, finding out the safety culture grade of enterprise. In the determination of the relative weights, a qualitative and quantitative way- analytical hierarchy process（AHP） is used to make the weight value more scientific and reasonable, which is good to reflect the importance of each factor, relating to the present status of enterprise safety culture.
