摘要
公安法学教育培养的是典型的应用型法律职业人才。遵循《关于实施卓越法律人才教育培养计划的若干意见》精神,公安法学教育培养的目标,是培养公安基层“下得去、用得上、留得住”、具有奉献精神、较强实践能力的法律人才。要实现这一目标,需要做到借鉴德国“双元制”职业教育模式,加强“校地合作”,共同培养法律职业人才;以职业需求为核心开发课程,以项目化模式培养法律职业能力;建立职业能力导向的考核制度。
Public Security legal education is to train the typical applied legal professionals.Following the spirit of"Plan on the Implementation of Education and training of Excellent Legal Talents",the goal of public security legal education is to train public security legal professionals who can"go down,be used and stay"at the grassroots level,have dedication spirit and strong practical ability.In order to achieve this goal,it is necessary to learn from the German"dual system"vocational educational mode,strengthen"school-local cooperation",jointly cultivate professioal talents,open courses with professional needs as the core,cultivate legal professional ability with project-based mode,and establish the assessment system of career-guided ability.
