摘要
目的探讨听力对失能老人抑郁状况的影响,为改善失能老人的抑郁状况提供实证依据。方法基于2018年中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)的数据,选取586名失能老人作为研究对象,采用t检验、方差分析和OLS回归分析听力对失能老人抑郁状况的影响。结果听力对失能老人抑郁水平影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05),听力良好的失能老人抑郁程度较低;且听力对不同群体的抑郁状况影响各异。结论人口老龄化背景下,失能老人抑郁状况堪忧,重视失能老人早期听力检测及干预以减缓听力退化,缓解抑郁状况;并根据不同失能老人群体,制订细化和差异化的干预策略。
Objective To explore the effect of hearing on the depression of the disabled elderly,and to pro⁃vide empirical basis for improving their depression.Methods Based on the data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)in 2018,586 disabled elderly were selected as the research subjects.The T⁃test,variance analysis and OLS regression were used to analyze the impact of hearing on the depression level of these disabled elderly.Results The influence of hearing on depression level of the disabled elderly was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05),and the depression level of the disabled elderly with good hearing was lower.Besides,hear⁃ing had different effects on the depression level in different groups.Conclusions Under the background of popula⁃tion aging,the depression situation of the disabled elderly is worrisome.Importance should be attached to early hearing detection and intervention to slow down hearing degeneration and relieve depression.It is also important to formulate detailed and differentiated intervention strategies among different groups of the disabled elderly.
