摘要
以某天然气站场为例,设计了智能控制系统架构,同时提出一种新型的智能I/O解决方案,优化PLC系统输入输出配置,减少维护、扩容工作量,并在此基础上根据控制系统分布架构、生产特点,开发出一种适用于天然气长输管道的新型预制式、标准化智能控制柜,实现后期生产过程中,智能控制机柜可以标准化供货的目的。
In this paper,we take a natural gas station as an example and design the intelligent control architecture.At the same time,a new intelligent I/O solution is proposed to optimize the input and output settings of PLC system and reduce the workload of maintenance and expansion.On this basis,according to the distribution architecture of control system and production characteristics,a new prefabricated and standardized intelligent control cabinet suitable for natural gas long-distance pipelines is developed to realize the purpose of standardized supply of intelligent control cabinet in the later production process.
