油气管道SCADA系统跨平台人机界面的设计与实现 被引量:14

摘要 目前国内采用的大规模油气管道SCADA系统都是国外厂商提供和实施的,研发大型国产油气管道SCADA系统软件,对我国的能源安全有着重要意义。为此,设计了一种国产化的适用于大规模油气管道SCADA的跨平台人机界面,其设计思路是分层的架构设计、一体化的数据访问和展示;并重点论述了人机统一展示、图模库一体化、设备拓扑着色、脚本管理等关键技术以及人机界面的总体结构、软件层次结构。人机界面包括人机控制台、人机应用层和服务接口层,其中控制台负责实现界面集成管理功能,人机应用以插件方式集成到系统中,通过服务接口层的服务代理与后台服务进行交互。该系统已应用于某大型油气管道调控中心,使用效果表明:该系统采用分层设计、分布式部署和管理、一体化访问和展示,实现了管道运营情况、设备状态、报警等信息的统一集中展示,画面标准、易用、美观,为调度员和维护人员全景监控油气管道的运行状况提供了有力的支撑。 At present, most domestic large scale oil and gas pipeline SCADA systems are provided and implemented by foreign manu facturers. Concerning the national energy security, it is of great value in developing such SCADA systems made in China. In view of this, we developed a cross-platform human-machine interface for a large scale pipeline SCADA system, adopting hierarchical archl teeture and integrated access and presentation of data and using essential technologies such as display integration, graphics model and database integration, equipment topology coloring, script management, etc. Human-machine interface (HMI) includes human ma- chine console, human-machine application layer and the service interface layer. The console integrates and manages the screens. The applications are integrated as plug ins while using a service agent in an interface layer to interact with background services. With hierarchical design, distributed deployment and management, and integrated access and display adopted in a case history of a certain large oil and gas pipeline transportation center, this HMI system successfully presented pipeline operation, equipment status and alarm information in a unified scheme with standard, easy-to use, pleasing to-the-eye graphics on the panels, while efficiently supporting users to achieve the full view monitoring of oil and gas pipelines.
