摘要
对于天然砂资源较为匮乏的区域,配制混凝土时可推广应用全机制砂。为在建筑领域中引进全机制砂高性能混凝土,论文结合某高层建筑项目,对高层建筑全机制砂高性能混凝土研制技术、泵送技术的具体应用展开分析。通过研究可知,科学的配比有利于增强全机制砂高性能混凝土的黏性,可使其基本功能符合高层建筑的建设要求。在实际应用该类混凝土时,还应合理选择、安装泵送设备,满足高层建筑的建设要求。
For areas where natural sand resources are scarce, fully manufactured sand can be popularized and applied when developing concrete. Therefore, in order to introduce fully manufactured sand high-performance concrete into the construction field, this paper analyzes the concrete application of fully manufactured sand high-performance concrete development technology and pumping technology in a high-rise building project. Through the research, it can be known that scientific proportioning is beneficial to enhance the viscosity of high-performance concrete with fully manufactured sand, and make its basic function meet the construction requirements of high-rise buildings. However, in the practical application of this kind of concrete, the pumping equipment should be reasonably selected and installed to meet the construction requirements of high-rise buildings.
