摘要
面对天然矿砂资源日益紧缺的问题,当前工程建设逐步加大了对机制砂资源的利用,其中,机制砂高性能混凝土因其良好的施工性能、力学性能在高速公路工程中得到了广泛应用。本文简述了机制砂在混凝土工程中的应用,说明了公路水运工程机制砂的技术要求,分析了机制砂的关键指标,并结合机制砂的参数指标和混凝土的性能指标对机制砂高性能混凝土进行优化设计,提出了质量控制要求,为机制砂高性能混凝土在高速公路工程中的应用提供参考。
Faced with the increasingly scarce natural mineral resources,the cur rent engineering construction has gradually increased the application of mechanism sand.Mechanism sand highperformance concrete is widely used in highway engineering due to its good performance.This article brief ly describes the application of mechanism sand in concrete engineering,explains the technical requirements of mechanism sand in highway and waterway engineering,analyzes the key indicators of mechanism sand,and optimizes the design of mechanism sand high-performance concrete based on the parameter indicators of mechanism sand and the performance indicators of concrete.Quality control requirements are proposed,providing reference for the application of mechanism sand high-performance concrete in highway engineering.
