摘要
预埋件在建筑物的设备安装工程、装饰与装修工程、幕墙工程及预制构件的吊装与安装工程中广泛应用。由锚板和锚件组成的预埋件,其加工简单、成本低廉,国家现行标准《混凝土结构设计规范》对其设计与构造有明确的规定,其作为预埋件的主流产品被广泛应用。国外的研究表明:预埋锚件类预埋件在不同的外力组合作用下,不仅会发生钢材破坏,也可能发生混凝土锥体破坏、剪撬破坏等破坏形式,不同的破坏模式下其承载力也有所不同。本文对比分析了中、美、欧等国家和地区的预埋件抗剪机理、承载力计算方法,构造要求。结果表明,中国规范计算方法简单,对于不同的破坏状态,计算承载力与欧美比偏差较大。
The cast in anchorage system is widely used in projects where equipment installation, decoration construction, fa9 ade construction, and pre-cast hanging and installation exist. The cast-in anchor system is composed of an anchor plate and anchors. This system enjoys the advantage in the perspective of manufacturing and production cost. Currently, China’s Code for design of concrete structures provides clear layout requirement and corresponding design method, and the cast-in system satisfying those requirements is one of the main fastening methods widely used. Research in U.S. and Europe shows that more than one failure mode is possible for cast-in systems under various load combinations. The possible failure modes include not only steel failure, but also concrete cone, concrete pry-out failure, etc., and the decisive failure mode provides the load resistance. In this article, the shear load failure mechanism, load resistance calculation, and layout requirement among major design method in China, U.S., and Europe are compared and analyzed. It shows that China’s calculation method is simpler, and provides much more deviation than Europe and U.S..
