摘要
工业厂房施工中,预埋件的数量很大。结合实际工程,介绍了大预埋件的制作和施工全过程。指出了施工过程中成品预埋件的检查,预埋件平面定位及标高控制,预防预埋部位空鼓的措施等。对预埋件部位混凝土采取养护措施。最后总结施工经验,实践证明按所述措施施工可以使施工质量达到规范要求。
There are a large number of embedded parts in industrial buildings.Based on actual engineering,fabrication and construction process of large embedded parts are introduced,including checking of finished embedded parts,location and level control,measures for preventing hollow in embedded areas,as well as concrete maintenance measures in embedded areas.At last construction experiences were summed.It shows that engineering constructed according to the measures can reach the requirements of standards.
