摘要
金银花是我国常用大宗中药材,具有悠久的栽培历史和丰富的种质资源,然而现在存在种质混杂退化、种质创新不足、育种手段落后等问题,限制了金银花产业的进一步发展。总结了金银花的种质资源分布概况及在表型性状、分子遗传多样性、品质性状和品种选育等方面的研究现状,分析了目前金银花种质资源及品种选育研究中存在的问题并提出展望,以期为加快金银花育种进程提供参考。
Lonicera japonica Thunb.is a commonly used bulk Chinese herbal medicine in China,with a long cultivation history and rich germplasm resources.However,there are some problems such as hybrid and degradation of germplasm,insufficient germplasm innovation and backward breeding methods,which limit the further development of honeysuckle industry.This paper summarized the distribution of honeysuckle germplasm resources and the research status in phenotypic traits,molecular genetic diversity,quality traits and breeding,analyzed the problems existing in the research of L.japonica germplasm resources and breeding,and put forward the prospect,in order to provide reference for speeding up the breeding process of L.japonica.
