摘要
目的:观察补肾固龈汤联合甲硝唑片治疗牙周病肾虚火旺型的临床疗效。方法:将77例牙周病患者以简单随机化法分为观察组40例与对照组37例,2组均给予常规局部处理,对照组给予甲硝唑片治疗,观察组给予补肾固龈汤联合甲硝唑片治疗,治疗4个疗程后评定临床疗效,并比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率92.50%,高于对照组67.57%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组中医证候积分、PLI、BI及血清IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、CRP水平均降低(P<0.05),PD、AL均缩短(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后中医证候积分、PLI、BI及血清IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、CRP均较低(P<0.05),PD、AL均较短(P<0.05)。结论:补肾固龈汤联合甲硝唑片治疗牙周病疗效确切,可有效缓解临床症状,改善牙周状况,抑制炎症反应。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Guyin tang combined with metronidazole tablets for periodontal disease of vigorous fire due to kidney deficiency type.Methods:A total of 77 cases of patients with periodontal disease were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the simple randomization method,with 40 and 37 cases in each group respectively.Both groups were treated with routine local treatment;the control group was treated with metronidazole,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Guyin tang combined with metronidazole tablets.After four courses of treatment,the clinical effects were evaluated.Before and after treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,plaque index(PLI),gingival bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD),attachment loss(AL),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 92.50%in the observation group,higher than that of 67.57%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,PLI,BI and levels of IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-αand CRP in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and PD and AL were shortened(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,PLI,BI and levels of IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-αand CRP in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and PD and AL were shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Guyin tang combined with metronidazole tablets has a definite curative effect in treating periodontal disease,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve periodontal status,and inhibit inflammatory responses.
