摘要
;目的探讨补肾固齿丸治疗中老年牙周炎患者的疗效及作用机制。方法选取2016年1月—12月承德医学院附属医院收治的120例中老年牙周炎患者,随机分为2组(n=60)。对照组给予基础治疗,试验组在对照组基础上口服补肾固齿丸4 g/次,2次/d,均连续治疗3个月。对比两组治疗前后的牙周疗效指标、免疫因子和炎症因子以及中医证候积分的变化。结果治疗前两组的观察指标和中医证候总积分无统计学差异。治疗后,两组的牙周疗效指标(患牙平均探诊深度、菌斑指数、附着丧失水平)均较治疗前降低,且试验组的均低于对照组的(P<0.05);两组血清免疫蛋白Ig M、Ig A未发生改变,Ig G水平高于治疗前,且试验组的Ig G水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清炎症因子IL-6、IL-1β、C反应蛋白、TNF-α水平均较治疗前降低,且治疗组的低于对照组的(P<0.05);两组中医证候积分显著降低,且试验组的低于对照组的(P<0.05)。结论补肾固齿丸辅助治疗中老年牙周炎患者有利于提高临床疗效、改善患者免疫功能、降低炎症反应水平。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and mechanism of Bushen Guchi Pills in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with periodontitis. Methods 120 middle-aged and elderly patients with periodontitis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from January to December 2016 were enrolled and divided randomly into two groups（n = 60）. The control group was given basic treatment. The experimental group was given Bushen Guchi Pills 4 g/time, twice a day for 3 months on the basis of the control group. The changes of periodontal efficacy index, immune factors, inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the indexes and total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups. After treatment, the indexes of periodontal efficacy（mean probing depth, plaque i ndex and attachment loss） in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and these indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Serum Ig M and Ig A did not change in both groups, Ig G level was higher than t hat before treatment, and Ig G level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The serum levels of IL-6, IL-1β, CRP, and TNF-α in both groups were lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. The scores of TCM syndromes in two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Bushen Guchi Pills adjuvant treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with periodontitis is beneficial to improving clinical efficacy and immune function, and reducing the level of inflammatory response.
