摘要
目的探讨中医辨证护理联合穴位康复按摩在股骨颈骨折患者术后康复中的干预效果。方法选取医院2019年10月—2020年10月收治的90例股骨颈骨折术后患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组术后行常规西医护理,观察组行中医辨证护理联合穴位康复按摩干预,两组患者均接受为期3个月的干预。比较两组术前、干预3个月髋关节功能[髋关节功能评分(Harris)]、日常生活能力[改良Barthel指数(BI)]及干预期间并发症发生率。结果干预3个月,两组Harris评分、BI评分均较术前升高,且观察组评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医辨证护理联合穴位康复按摩用于股骨颈骨折术后患者中可改善髋关节功能,提供患者日常生活能力。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint rehabilitation massage in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 90 postoperative patients with femoral neck fracture treated in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected,a random number table method was used to divide them into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine western medicine nursing after operation,and the observation group received dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint rehabilitation massage intervention.All patients were followed up for 3 months after 3 months of intervention,hip function[hip function score(Harris)],activities of daily living[modified Barthel Index(BI)]and the incidence of complications during intervention were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after operation.Results 6 months after operation,the Harris score and BI score of both groups were increased than those before operation,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dialectical nursing combined with acupoint rehabilitation massage in patients with femoral neck fracture can improve hip function and provide ability of daily living for patients.
