摘要
高等医学院校实验室是培养医学人才、创建医学科研成果并为社会服务的重要场所,随着高等医学院校教学改革的不断深入和科学研究的快速发展,特别是对于“双一流”建设的高等医学院校,医学实验试剂及耗材的使用呈现出了品种多、用量大等新特点,所产生的实验室废弃物的种类也随之增多,成分也更加复杂,并且带有生物危害性、感染性、化学危险性和环境危害性的特点,从而给高等医学院校的实验室废弃物处置安全管理提出了严峻的考验。结合近年来天津医科大学在实验室废弃物处置方面的经验和做法,对医学实验室废弃物安全体系的构建进行介绍,为医学实验室废弃物管理提供了重要参考。
The laboratory of medical colleges and universities is an important place to cultivate medical talents,create medical scientific research achievements and serve the society.With the deepening of teaching reform and the rapid development of scientific research in medical colleges and universities,especially for the“double first-class”construction of medical colleges and universities,the use of medical laboratory reagents and consumables presents new characteristics,such as variety,large consumption,etc.In recent years,the types of laboratory waste are increasing,the composition is more complex,and has the characteristics of biological hazard,infection,chemical hazard and environmental hazard,which puts forward a severe test for the safety management of laboratory waste disposal in medical colleges and universities.Combined with the experience and practice of Tianjin Medical University in laboratory waste disposal in recent years,this paper introduces the construction of medical laboratory waste safety system,which provides an important reference for the management of medical laboratory waste.
