摘要
目前动物标本是生物学科教学中效果最好的教学用具之一,给人以最直观的感受。剥制法是制作动物标本的主要方法之一。结合小型龟剥制标本制作,对一种改良的小型龟剥制技术—皮肤外剥法进行了介绍。针对以往剥制技术的不足,对皮肤剖口位置和缝合技术进行改良,克服了操作繁琐、缝合时间过长等困难,为广大标本制作爱好者提供了一种便于操作的技术,也适用于学生在实验室中操作。
At present,animal specimen is one of the best teaching tools in biology teaching,which gives people the most intuitive feeling.Stripping method is one of the main methods of making animal specimens.Combined with the preparation of small turtle stripping specimens,an improved small turtle stripping technology-skin external stripping method was introduced.In view of the shortcomings of the previous stripping technology,the position of skin incision and suture technology are improved,which overcomes the difficulties such as cumbersome operation and long suture time.It provides a convenient technology for the majority of specimen making lovers,and is also suitable for students to operate in the laboratory.
