摘要
详述了解剖海豚的方法、皮张的防腐技术、需用的药品、脱脂方法和过程,总结出新的防腐和脱脂技术及工艺。结果表明,海豚皮肤含丰富的油脂,传统的动物剥制标本方法的药品和工艺制作,不大适用,故选用甲醛、洗衣粉、氯化钠(海盐)作为海豚的防腐剂和脱脂剂;工艺上将皮张经反复药品脱脂和干燥溢脂交替操作过程进行脱脂处理,取得很好的效果。
In this article, the new methods of anatomizing and the technologies of anticorrosion and degreasing of the skin were described. Formaldehyde, solid detergent,sodium chloride （sea salt） were selected as degreasing and preservatives and the skin was degreased and dried in the air alternately. Base on this method, the authors had successfully made four stuffing dolphin specimens using the dolphins which died in the Pearl River Estuary.
