摘要
将液相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用仪(LC-TOF HRMS)和核磁共振仪(NMR)共同应用于本科学生开放实验的教学探索。在本科生开放实验中,由学生自主设计实验方案,并引入大型仪器联用进行实验、测试和表征,最后由学生根据测试数据和表征结果,验证或推测出相关的结论。由两个学生自主设计的开放实验案例分析证明,大型仪器联用在提高开放实验教学层次、培养学生综合创新能力以及模拟完整科研流程训练等方面取得明显效果,同时对后续工作提出了建议和改进的方向。
Liquid chromatography-time of flight high revolution mass spectrometry(LC-TOF HRMS)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)are used together in undergraduates opening experimental teaching.In the undergraduate open experiment,the students designed the experiment independently,the students verified or inferred the conclusion according to the test data.Based on analyzing two experiments designed by undergraduates,it is proved that the introduction and combination of large-scale instruments improve the opening experimental teaching level,cultivate students comprehensive innovation ability and simulate complete scientific research processes.Some suggestions and improved orientations for future works are also proposed.
