本文简单介绍了核磁共振技术的发展历史.核磁共振得到的主要参数,以及核磁共振技术在化学领域的应用.着重阐述了核磁共振技术在有机化学、无机化学、物理化学、高分子化学和生物化学等五个不同学科的具体应用,随着计算机技术的不断发展,核磁共振将成为化学工作者必不可少的分析工具.
The developmental history of nuclear magnetic resonance is simply introduced. The main pa rameters, such as chemical shifts and coupling constants, and the chemical application are also briefly introduced. The applications in organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chem istry, macromolecule chemistry and biochemistry are mainly elucidated. With the development of the computer, NMR will become an important analytical tool of chemical workers.
