摘要
在大众创业、万众创新、全面建设创新型国家的新形势下,大学生创新能力的培养已经得到教育部门的高度重视。特别是在新工科教育背景下,电类专业大学生创新创业能力培养需要全面改革。文章从构建创新课程体系、开展竞赛活动、加强训练中心建设、改革教学模式等方面,有针对性地提出了电类专业大学生创新创业能力的培养路径,从基础实践能力培养与综合实践能力培养两个方面探讨了创新型电类人才培养实践,旨在全面提升人才培养质量,为建设创新型国家贡献力量。
Under the new situation of mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation,and building an innovative country in an all-round way,the cultivation of college students’innovative ability has been widely concerned by the education department.Especially under the background of the Emerging Engineering Education,the cultivation of the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the students majoring in electrical engineering needs comprehensive reform.In this context,in view of the current situation,from the construction of innovative curriculum system,the development of competitive activities,strengthening the construction of training centers,reforming of teaching models,etc.,this paper puts forward the cultivation path of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of electrical engineering students,and probes into the cultivation practice of innovative electrical engineering talents from two aspects:the cultivation of basic practical ability and the cultivation of comprehensive practical ability,whose aim is to improve the quality of personnel training in an all-round way and contribute to the building of an innovative country.
