摘要
半导体激光器在数据储存、数据通信和固体激光设备等应用中发挥着重要的作用。讨论了半导体激光器的结构原理,分析了半导体激光器的发展历程、未来的应用及其相关产业前景。
Semiconductor lasers play an important and active role in the application of data storage,data communication and solid-state laser equipment.In this paper,the structure and principle of semiconductor lasers are discussed,and the development history,future applications and prospects of related industries of semiconductor lasers are analyzed.
