大型医疗专业设备配置利用率调查分析及信息化建设管理效果研究 被引量:2

Investigation and Analysis on the Allocation and Utilization Rate of Large-Scale Medical Professional Equipment and Research on the Management Effect of Information Construction

摘要 目的:探讨大型医疗专业设备配置利用率调查分析及信息化建设管理效果。方法:选择2019年6月~2021年6月本地区二级及三级医院大型医疗专业设备[电子计算机断层扫描(CT)、磁共振成像(MRI)及数字减影血管造影(DSA)]476台为对象,采用通用调查问卷对大型医疗专业设备配置利用率进行调查分析;根据时间点分为对照组(n=238台,2019年6月~2020年6月末)和观察组(n=238台,2020年7月~2021年6月末)。对照组采用常规方法管理,观察组联合信息化建设管理,两组均完成3个月管理,比较两组管理质量。结果:三级医院大型医疗专业设备MRI及DSA拥有率高于二级医院(P<0.05);三级医院大型医疗专业设备CT、MRI及DSA平均配置台数、每台大型医疗设备检查人数、日门急诊人数均多于二级医院(P<0.05);观察组连续3个月管理后管理质量各评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大型医疗专业设备配置利用率二级医院偏低,应加强MRI、DSA的覆盖率,分流三甲医院轻症患者到二级医院影像检查,实现分级诊疗。同时,大型医疗专业设备管理过程中融入信息化建设管理能提高管理质量。 Objective:To explore the investigation and analysis of the utilization rate of large-scale medical professional equipment configuration and the management effect of information construction.Methods:476 large-scale medical professional equipment[computed tomography(CT),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)]in secondary and tertiary hospitals in the region from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as objects,and the utilization rate of large-scale medical professional equipment was investigated and analyzed by using a general questionnaire;According to the time point,it is divided into control group(n=238 sets,June 2019 to the end of June 2020)and observation group(n=238 sets,July 2020 to the end of June 2021).The control group was managed by conventional methods,and the observation group was jointly managed by information construction.Both groups completed 3-month management,and the management quality of the two groups was compared.Results:The ownership rate of MRI and DSA of large medical professional equipment in tertiary hospitals was higher than that in secondary hospitals(P<0.05);The average number of CT,MRI and DSA of large-scale medical professional equipment,the number of inspectors of each large-scale medical equipment,and the number of daily outpatient and emergency patients in tertiary hospitals were more than those in secondary hospitals(P<0.05);The scores of management quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 3 consecutive months of management(P<0.05).Conclusion:The allocation and utilization rate of large-scale medical professional equipment in secondary hospitals is low.We should strengthen the coverage of MRI and DSA,divert mild patients from tertiary hospitals to secondary hospitals for imaging examination,and realize graded diagnosis and treatment.At the same time,the integration of information construction management into the management of large-scale medical professional equipment can improve the management quality.
