摘要
目的:开展实验室用水中可溶性硅浓度的检测方法的可行性研究。方法:采用硅钼蓝分光光度法。结果:实验方法标准曲线的相关系数r=0.9998,本实验检测方法的灵敏度检出限0.00396mg/L,本实验检测方法精密度RSD 1.92%~5.16%,本实验检测方法准确度回收率92.2%~100.9%。结论:本方法具有灵敏度高,线性好,结果准确,试剂毒性小,设备简单,价格便宜适于在基层实验室开展和普及。
Objective:To study the feasibility of determination method of soluble silicon concentration in laboratory water.Methods:Silicon molybdenum blue spectrophotometry was used.Results:The correlation coefficient of the standard curve of the experimental method was r=0.9998.The detection limit of the detection method was 0.00396mg/L.The RSD of the detection method was 1.92%-5.16%.The recovery rate of the accuracy of the method was 92.2%-100.9%.Conclusion:This method has the advantages of high sensitivity,good linearity,accurate results,low toxicity,simple equipment and low price,which is suitable for the development and popularization of basic laboratory.
