摘要
猪轮状病毒病是由猪轮状病毒引起仔猪的一种以急性腹泻为特征的急性肠道传染病。本文就猪轮状病毒病的临床及病理诊断、病毒的分离鉴定、电镜检测、血清学诊断和分子生物学诊断技术以及防控的最新研究进展及优缺点进行综述,以期为该病的临床快速诊断及和防控方面的研究提供参考。
Porcine rotavirus disease is an acute intestinal infectious disease characterized by acute diarrhea in piglets caused by porcine rotavirus.This article reviews the latest research progress,advantages and disadvantages of clinical and pathological diagnosis of porcine rotavirus disease,virus isolation and identification,electron microscopy detection,serological diagnosis and molecular biology diagnosis technology,as well as prevention and control.This is expected to provide a reference for the rapid clinical diagnosis and prevention and control of the disease.
