摘要 城市副中心C08项目,地上钢构件数量多,安装质量、安装精度要求高,安装定位工作成为影响进度及精度的关键因素。在钢柱安装前,应用软件在BIM模型中抓点–文件导入到放样系统–现场设站–安装时自动打点放样,根据点位,控制钢柱安装,实现安装精度精细化控制,减少人员投入,并有效提高工作效率。 In the C08 project of Beijing Sub-center,there are a large number of steel members on the ground,and the installation quality and accuracy are required to be high.The installation and positioning work has become a key factor affecting the progress and accuracy.Before steel column installation,the application software captures points in BIM model-files are imported into lofting system-stations are set up on site-lofting is done automatically during installation,and steel column installation is controlled according to points,so as to realize fine control of installation accuracy,reduce personnel input and effectively improve work efficiency.
