摘要
城市副中心C08项目总建设规模160652.39 m2,由于施工场地狭小,工期紧张、建筑物体量大,各专业交叉施工作业,质量标准要求高,因此针对不同施工阶段场区布置、大型机械设备的使用以及临水临电生活区布置提前进行了策划,有效地解决了材料堆放场地狭小的问题,并完成当年开工当年封顶的重大节点。
The total construction scale of C08 project of Beijing Urban Sub Center is 160652.39 m2.Due to the narrow construction site,tight construction period,large amount of building objects,cross construction of various disciplines,and high quality standards.Therefore,our project has planned in advance for the site layout in different construction stages,the use of large machinery and equipment and the layout of water and electricity living areas,effectively solved the problem of narrow material stacking site,and completed the major nodes of capping in the year when it was started.
