摘要
目的探讨马来酸麦角新碱注射液联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液用于预防产后出血及促进产后恢复的效果。方法选取2020年6月-2022年1月安庆市望江县医院收治的高危妊娠产妇80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组产妇采用马来酸麦角新碱注射液联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液的方法进行治疗,对照组产妇单纯采用马来酸麦角新碱注射液治疗。观察两组产妇产后2h及产后24h出血量,产后24h血红蛋白和红细胞的下降值,比较两组产妇产后第1天、第2天时的宫底高度,比较两组产妇在用药前以及用药后0.5h的血压和心率水平,比较两组产妇的不良反应发生率。结果观察组产妇产后2h及产后24h的出血量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组产妇产后24h的血红蛋白下降值、红细胞下降值均显著小于对照组(P<0.05),观察组产妇产后第1天、第2天的宫底高度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组产妇在用药前以及用药后0.5h的血压和心率水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组产妇的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论马来酸麦角新碱注射液联合卡前列素氨丁三醇预防产妇产后出血的效果显著,有利于快速止血和产后康复,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effects of ergoergine raaleate injection combined with carboprost aminobuttriol injection on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage and promoting postpartum recovery.Methods 80 cases of high-risk pregnant women admitted to our hospital fron June 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The puerpera in the observation group were treated by ergoergine maleate injection combined with carprost aminobuttriol injection,and the puerpera in the control group were treated by ergoergine maleate injectiai alone.The blood loss of the two groups at 2h and 24h postpartum was observed,the decreased values of hemoglobin and red blood cells at 24h postpartum were compared,the height of the fundus of the two graps on the first and second postpartun days were compared,the blood pressure and heart rate of the two gratis before and 0.5 hours after medication were conpared,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The maternal bleeding at 2 and 24 hours postpartum in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the coitrol group(P<0.05),the decrease value of hemoglobin and red blood cell at 24 hours postpartun in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the height of uterine fundus at 1 and 2 days postpartum in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups before and 0.5h after medication(P>0.05),and no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conelus ion Ergotrine maleate injection combined with carboprost ambutritol has a significant effect on preventioi of postpartun hemorrhage,which is beneficial to rapid hemostasis and postpartum rehabilitation,and is worthy of popularization and application.
