摘要
提出了一种石油管外螺纹顶径及椭圆度的优化测量方法。建立了顶径测量几何模型。分析了优化测量方法的设计思路并推导出特定计算公式。该优化测量法仅需3次测量即可逼近测量截面的最大顶径值和最小顶径值。与米字测量法、六点测量法和全圆周测量法进行实测对比,该优化测量法在保证测量精度的情况下提升了测量效率,在石油管制造现场检测中可推广使用。
Proposed here in the article is an optim ized measurement method for the oil pipe thread crest diameterand ovality is proposed.And a geometric model for measuring the thread crest diameter is established.The design thinkingof the said optimized measurement method is analyzed,and the specific calculation formula is deduced.With the saidmethod,just three operations of measurements can get the result approaching the maximum and minimum values of threadcrest.Compared with the currently-used four point measurement method,the six point measurement method and full circumference measurement method,the said optimized measurement method can improve the measurement efficiency,whilethe measurement accuracy is guaranteed,being worth widely applying to testing as made on the oil pipe-making site.
