摘要
推导了套管受到非均匀挤压力作用时的应力公式,计算和分析了套管的椭圆度、载荷的非均匀度对套管抗挤强度的影响。计算结果表明,载荷分布的非均匀度是决定套管承载能力的主要因素,套管的椭圆度在载荷分布的非均匀程度较小时对承载能力有较大影响,当载荷分布的非均匀程度严重时,对承载能力的影响很小。
The stress equations for the casing pipe under non-uniform loading were derived.The effects of the casing ovality and the non-uniformity of the loading on the collapse strength of the oil casing pipe were calculated and analyzed.It was found that the collapse strength of the casing was especially dependent on the non-uniformity of the loading.The casing ovality had greater effects on the collapse strength as the loading was nearly uniformly distributed and this effect decreased as the non-uniformity of the loading increases.
