摘要
针对直连型套管连接时内外螺纹的外台肩之间存在间隙,介绍了一种使用密封圈对直连型套管台肩进行封堵的方法,重点设计密封圈的结构参数。采用该设计方法消除了直连型套管的外台肩间隙,防止腐蚀性介质侵入接头内部,并用试验证明了该方法的可行性。
Addressing the problem that there exist a gap between the outer shoulders of the inner and outer threads ofthe direct-connection casing during the connection operation,a method is introduced here in the essay to block the shoulder ofthe direct-connection casing by means of the sealing ring,focusing on the design of the structural parameters of the sealingring.Thanks to the said design method,the outer shoulder gap of the direct-connection casing is eliminated so as to prevent any media intrude into the inside of the connection.The feasibility of the method is verified via relevant test.
