摘要
通过对过程能力指数Cp、Cpk和过程性能指数Pp、Ppk的数学定义及计算过程的研究 ,分析Cpk和Ppk的不同 ,指出目前应用中的误区 ,并且给出两种指数的使用范围。
Based on studying the mathematical definition and calculation method of C pk and P pk ,analyzes the difference between C pk and P pk ,points out the misuse in their application and presents the application scope of two indices.
