摘要
以新型整体式预弯机为研究对象,从设计原理、工作状态时零件受力情况等多个方面分析其结构特点;针对整体式预弯机定位精度要求高,零件配合尺寸难控制等问题,制定装配基准控制方案,设计出合理的装配工艺及检测方法。生产实践证明该工艺合理。
Taking the new integral pre-bending machine as the research object,the structural characteristics thereof are analyzed from such aspects as the design principle and the loading status of relevant parts under the working condition etc.Addressing the issues concerning the machine such as high positioning accuracy and difficulty in controlling the part matching size,etc.,the assembly datum control scheme is prepared,and accordingly the reasonable assembly process and testing method are designed.It is proved via relevant on-the-site operation result that the process is very reasonable.
