摘要
在高频焊接钢管生产过程中,高频焊电极的打火现象屡见不鲜,对钢管的质量及生产效率均产生了负面影响。通过对高频焊接过程中电极打火现象的分析,并结合理论研究与实际操作经验,揭示了高频焊电极打火对钢管焊缝质量、生产效率及设备维护等方面的具体影响。此外,提出了相应的改进和预防措施,以期为高频焊钢管生产实践提供参考和指导。
In the process of high frequency welded steel pipe production,the phenomenon of high frequency welding electrode ignition is common,which has a negative impact on the quality and production efficiency of the steel pipe.Based on the analysis of the phenomenon of electrode ignition in the process of high frequency welding,combined with theoretical research and practical experience,the specific influence of high frequency welding electrode ignition on the quality of steel pipe weld,production efficiency and equipment maintenance is revealed.In addition,the improvement measures and corresponding prevention are put forward in order to provide reference and guidance for the production practice of high frequency welded steel pipe.
