摘要
基于Carreau表观粘度模型和有限元软件Anycasting对AlSi7Mg铝合金支架进行半固态挤压铸造成形工艺研究。通过模拟结果分析和探讨3个主要工艺参数对半固态浆料的充型和凝固过程以及铸件性能的影响规律,并采用实验的方法对支架进行半固态挤压铸造试验验证。结果表明:铝合金支架的半固态挤压铸造的合理参数范围为压射速度0.04~0.3m/s,浇注温度585~595℃,模具初始温度200~250℃。在此参数范围内,能够获得质量较佳的铝合金支架。
Based on the Carreau apparent viscosity model and the finite element software Anycasting,the semi-solid extrusion casting technology of AlSi7Mg aluminium alloy support was studied.The influences of three main technological parameters on the filling and solidification process of semi-solid slurry and casting properties were analyzed and discussed by simulation results,and the semi-solid extrusion casting test of the supports was carried out by experimental method.The results show that the reasonable parameters of the semi-solid extrusion casting of aluminum alloy support are injection velocity of 0.04-0.3m/s,casting temperature of 585-595℃,and initial die temperature of 200-250℃.Within this parameter range,the aluminum alloy supports with better quality can be obtained.
