生物炭负载枯草芽孢杆菌缓解辣椒连作土壤障碍研究 被引量:10

Study on alleviation effects of biochar loaded Bacillus Subtilis S16 on soil obstacles field under continuous cropping of pepper

摘要 为明确负载枯草芽孢杆菌S16的生物炭对辣椒连作障碍土壤的修复效果,试验以辣椒连作区连作10年土壤为主要研究对象,采用土壤盆栽试验,探索了负载枯草芽孢杆菌S16的生物炭对关键生育期辣椒生长、土壤有效氮磷养分、根际/非根际土壤微生物区系以及细菌/真菌的影响。结果表明:基施负载枯草芽孢杆菌S16的生物炭与对照相比,在开花期显著促进了辣椒生长,地上部鲜、干重,地下部鲜、干重和根冠比增幅分别为152.16%、103.04%,244.20%、161.70%和41.18%;辣椒开花和结果分别提前5 d和7 d,且花朵数增加4.14倍;土壤硝态氮含量显著降低93.16%,土壤有效磷含量显著提高12.30%;根际真菌数量显著降低46.08%,而放线菌显著增加325.81%,这为花期促进辣椒生长和保持根际微生物群落稳定性奠定了基础。综上所述,基施负载枯草芽孢杆菌S16的生物炭对开花期辣椒有明显促生效应,且改善了根际土壤微生态环境,缓解了辣椒连作的土壤障碍。 In order to clarify the remediation effect of biochar loaded with Bacillus subtilis S16 on pepper continuous cropping obstacle soil,the soil pot experiment was conducted with the soil collected from the pepper continuous cropping area for over 10 years to explore the effects of biochar loaded with Bacillus subtilis S16 on pepper growth,soil available nitrogen and phosphorus,rhizosphere/non-rhizosphere soil microbial community and the ratio of bacteria/fungi.The results showed that the basal application of the biochar loaded with Bacillus subtilis S16 significantly promoted the growth of pepper during the flowering period.The growth rates of fresh and dry weight of shoots,roots and root/shoot ratio increased by 152.16%,103.04%,244.20%,161.70%and 41.18%,respectively.The flowering and fruiting time of pepper was 5-7 days earlier,and the number of flowers was significantly increased by 4.14 times.The content of soil nitrate nitrogen decreased significantly by 93.16%,and the content of soil available phosphorus increased significantly by 12.30%.In addition,rhizosphere fungi decreased significantly by 46.08%,and increased significantly by 325.81%,which provided beneficial conditions for promoting pepper growth and shifting microbial community.In summary,the biochar loaded with Bacillus subtilis S16 promoted the growth of pepper plants during the flowering period and improved the soil microbial environment.
