摘要
以番茄、胶质类芽孢杆菌PM12和巨大芽孢杆菌HT517为有效菌的液态菌剂为试材,研究了菌剂对温室番茄的促生防病效应。盆栽试验表明,与不接菌的对照相比,单独接种HT517菌株处理、单独接种PM12菌株处理、等比接种PM12菌株和HT517菌株处理,番茄根量分别提高102.2%、57.9%、144.6%,番茄地上部生物量提高30.1%、27.6%、51.2%,促进番茄提早开花8.2、6.9、10.3 d,坐果量增加1.1、0.6、1.6穗果;植株发病率降低51.0、9.0、64.5个百分点。总体来看,2种功能菌的复合效果优于单一功能菌,并且单一接种HT517菌株效果优于单一接种PM12菌株。田间试验证明,温室番茄缓苗期冲施液态菌剂75 L/hm2效果较好。同对照相比,番茄产量提高27.10%;果实Vc、可滴定酸、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量分别提高22.36%、38.73%、12.59%和34.82%;具有显著的促生增产、改善品质的效果。
The effects of application of liquid microbial agent were investigated on the growth promotion and disease prevention of tomato in greenhouse.The liquid microbial agent contained the effective strain of Paenibacillus mucilaginosus PM12 and Bacillus megaterium HT517 and these treatments were carried out including single application of HT517 or PM12 and mixed application of HT517 and PM12.Pot experiment showed that liquid microbial agent significantly increased the tomato root biomass by 102.2%,57.9%and 144.6%and shoot biomass by 30.1%,27.6%and 51.2%in the treatments.These liquid microbial agent treatments also accelerated flowering by 8.2 d,6.9 d and 10.3 d,and increased fruit setting by 1.1,0.6 and 1.6 ear fruit.The plant morbidity decreased by 51.0%,9.0%and 64.5%.In general,the effects of the co-inoculation treatment were better than that of single inoculation treatment,and HT517 strain was better than PM12 strain for tomato.The field experiment showed that it was better to apply the liquid microbial agent at the rate of 75 L/hm2 at the seedling stage of tomato,which significantly increased tomato yields by 27.10%.The contents of Vc,titratable acid,soluble solid and soluble sugar in fruits increased by 22.36%,38.73%,12.59%and 34.82%,respectively.The liquid microbial agent has a remarkable effect on promoting growth,increasing production and improving quality.
