摘要
人工智能的迅速发展,使科幻作品中的性机器人成为可能,但由此产生的一系列伦理问题亟需进行分析和评估。为了促进性健康,性机器人作为一种合乎人性,且清洁、安全的性产品,应获得正当化的伦理辩护。关于性机器人伦理治理的最佳策略并不是简单禁止,或放任产业界按照市场规则直接进行研发和向消费者售卖,而应采取措施对其实施有效监管。本文初步讨论了对性机器人采取监管而非禁止策略的理由,并援引了世界卫生组织关于性健康的概念,分析了性机器人对人类性活动的收益与风险,提出应该整合机器人伦理与医疗健康伦理作为性机器人伦理治理的策略,并建议医疗健康专业人员可以积极参与性机器人产品开发和政策制定,通过医学职业精神的力量推进性机器人领域的良性发展。
The rapid development of artificial intelligence has made sex robots become realities from science fictions,and a series of ethical issues arising therefrom urgently need to be analyzed and evaluated.Sex robots can be defined as a humane,clean and safe sex product,which can achieve the promotion of sexual health and should be obtained a justified defense.The good ethical governance over sex robots is not simply to prohibit them,or to allow the industry to conduct independent R&D and sales directly to consumers in accordance with market rules,but to take measures to implement effective supervision on them.This article preliminarily discussed the reasons for the regulation of sex robots rather than the prohibition strategy,and cited the World Health Organization′s concept of sexual health,analyzed the benefits and risks of sex robots for human sexual activities,and proposed that robot ethics and healthcare ethics should be integrated to ensure that the development of sexual robots conforms to the mission of human sexual health,and recommends that medical professionals can actively participate in the development of sexual robot products and policy formulation,in order to promote the ethical development of the field of sexual robots through the power of medical professionalism.
