摘要
目的 探讨分级管理护理联合渐进式肌肉放松训练在乳腺癌化疗患者所致恶心呕吐(CINV)中的防护效果。方法 选取2019年2月至2021年2月间营口市中心医院收治的168例乳腺癌化疗患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组84例。对照组患者采用常规药物止吐护理,研究组患者采用分级管理护理联合渐进式肌肉放松训练,比较两组患者的CINV防护效果。结果 护理后,研究组患者不同时点恶心、呕吐发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患者恶心、呕吐0级发生率均高于对照组,Ⅰ~Ⅲ级发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。化疗1、2、3、4周期,两组患者恶心、呕吐生活功能指数得分均升高,且研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 分级管理护理联合渐进式肌肉放松训练,可有效降低乳腺癌化疗患者所致CINV的发生率及程度,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the protective effect of hierarchical management nursing plus progressive muscle relaxation training for nausea and vomiting(CINV) caused by chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer. Methods From February 2019 to February 2021, 168 patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy were selected at Yingkou Central Hospital. Using the random number table method, they were divided into an experimental group and a control group with 84 patients each. The experimental group received hierarchical management nursing plus progressive muscle relaxation training and the control group was given routine antiemetics. The protection effects for CINV were compared between the two groups. Results For the incidence of CINV, the incidence of nausea and vomiting was lower in the experimental group than in the control group at different time points after nursing(all P<0.05). The incidence of grade 0 nausea and vomiting was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(all P<0.05). The incidence of grade I to III nausea and vomiting were lower in the experimental group than in the control group(all P<0.05). Functions of living indexes in the aspect of nausea and vomiting in both groups over 1 to 4 cycles of chemotherapy and the indexes were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion Hierarchical management nursing combined with progressive muscle relaxation training can effectively reduce the incidence and degree of CINV and improve the quality of life in patients undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer.
