摘要
以聚己内酯(PCL)和明胶为原料,比较了PCL/明胶共混溶液注膜和静电纺两种加工方式所制备的复合纤维膜对染料刚果红吸附性能的影响。分析了溶液浓度和共混比例对纺丝溶液黏度、表面张力和电导率的影响,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)对PCL/明胶复合纤维膜的微观形貌和相互作用进行分析。结果表明:加入明胶后溶液电导率显著变大;PCL/明胶复合纤维膜的纤维直径明显降低;电纺纤维膜比溶解注膜具有更好的吸附效果,对刚果红的吸附效率达到48.5%。
Using polycaprolactone(PCL)and gelatin as raw materials,the effect of composite membranes prepared with two methods of PCL/gelatin blend solution injection and electrostatic spinning on the adsorption properties of Congo red is compared.The effect of concentration and blend ratios on the viscosity,surface tension and conductivity are studied.The surface morphology and interaction of PCL/gelatin fibrous membranes are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that the conductivity of the solution increases significantly after adding gelatin;the fiber diameter of PCL/gelatin composite fiber membrane decreases significantly;the electrospun fibrous membranes has a better adsorption efficiency than the solution injection membranes,and the adsorption effect on congolese red reaches 48.5%.
