摘要
目的分析疏肝健脾解郁汤结合针灸治疗围绝经期抑郁症患者的效果。方法选100例围绝经期抑郁症患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组给予疏肝健脾解郁汤结合针灸治疗,观察2组治疗效果。结果患者治疗前后的心理状态(焦虑评分和抑郁评分)、更年期kupperman评分、躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能评分都有明显差异,治疗后都有明显改善(P>0.05),且观察组患者的改善程度要明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);但生活质量评分在治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且治疗后2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对围绝经期抑郁症患者给予疏肝健脾解郁汤结合针灸治疗可明显改善患者的心理状态,可明显降低患者的更年期kupperman评分,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of Shugan Jianpi Jieyu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of perimenopausal depression.Methods A total of 100 patients with perimenopausal depression were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was given Shugan Jianpi Jieyu decoction combined with acupuncture treatment.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results There were significant differences in the patients’mental state,menopausal kupperman score,physical health,mental health,and social function before and after treatment,and they all improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in material life before and after treatment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion From this,we know that the combination of Shugan Jianpi Jieyu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of perimenopausal depression can significantly improve the patient’s mental state,significantly reduce the patient’s menopausal kupperman score,and improve the patient’s quality of life.
