摘要
目的研究在小儿单纯型过敏性紫癜治疗中使用清热凉血汤的治疗效果,并对之进行分析探讨。方法将2018年5月1日—2021年11月30日来乳山市中医院进行诊治的小儿单纯型过敏性紫癜患儿66例,作为研究对象。采用随机抽取方式,分成两组:对照组(33例)和试验组(33例)。对照组采用西医西药治疗模式,试验组按照中医辨证施治给予清热凉血汤治疗。治疗后,观察两组采用不同方法治疗后的效果,出现的不良反应以及随访一段时间后的复发情况。结果使用中药清热凉血汤治疗的试验组,效果更理想;同时,在治疗过程中,试验组出现不良反应及复发病例远低于另一组。结论在小儿单纯型过敏性紫癜的治疗中使用清热凉血汤的治疗效果令人满意,是一种具有较高安全性和有效性的治疗方法,值得在今后治疗中大量使用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of clearing heat and cooling blood decoction in the treatment of children purpura simplex and analyze it.Methods 66 children with simple henoch schonlein purpura who came to Rushan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for diagnosis and treatment from May 1,2018 to November 30,2021 were selected as the study participants.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group(33 cases)and experimental group(33 cases).The control group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with clear heat cool blood decoction according to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.After treatment,the effects of different treatment methods,adverse reactions,and recurrence after a period of follow-up were observed.Results The effect of clearing heat and cooling blood decoction was better in the experimental group.Meanwhile,during treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence in the experimental group was much lower than that in the other group.Conclusion The effect of clearing heat and cooling blood decoction in the treatment of children purpura simplex is satisfactory,and it is a treatment method with high safety and effectiveness,which is worthy of extensive use in the future treatment.
