摘要
目的探讨老化期望在中老年人双向社会支持与生命质量间的中介作用。方法以便利抽样法选取吉林省通化市某社区320名中老年人为研究对象,采用简版双向社会支持量表、老化期望量表、简明生活质量量表进行问卷调查。结果中老年人双向社会支持与生命质量呈显著的中等强度正相关(r=0.55,P<0.001);老化期望在双向社会支持与生命质量间起部分中介效应,其效应量为25.93%。结论双向社会支持可通过老化期望影响中老年人的生命质量,应从中老年人的心理、社会多角度采取干预措施,从而有效地提高中老年人的生命质量。
Objective To investigate the mediating effect of aging expectation on two-way social support and quality of life in middle-aged and elderly people.Methods 320 middle-aged and elderly people from a community in Tonghua city,Jilin Province were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method.The questionnaire was conducted with the simple version two-way social support Scale,aging expectation Scale and simple quality of life Scale.Results Two-way social support was positively correlated with quality of life(r=0.55,P<0.001).Aging expectancy had a partial mediating effect between bidirectional social support and quality of life,with an effect size of 25.93%.Conclusion Two-way social support can affect the quality of life of middle-aged and old people through aging expectation,and intervention measures should be taken from psychological and social perspectives to effectively improve the quality of life of middle-aged and old people.
