摘要
目的:用高效液相法测定蒸狗脊中原儿茶酸和原儿茶醛的含量。方法:流动相乙腈-1%冰醋酸溶液(3∶97),流速0.8 mL/min;检测波长为280 nm;柱温30℃。结果:原儿茶酸在0.531~53.133μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=18.162x+1.1962,r=0.9999;原儿茶醛在0.210~21.036μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=50.909x-1.5071,r=1.0000;原儿茶酸和原儿茶醛加样回收率、重复性、方法重现性均满足要求。结论:该方法简便快捷、准确可靠,可用于蒸狗脊中原儿茶酸和原儿茶醛含量测定。
Objective:To develop an HPLC method to determine the contents of protocatechuic acid and protocatechuic aldehyde in steamed rhizoma cibotii.Methods:Using acetonitrile-1%glacial acetic acid solution(3∶97)as the mobile phase with flow rate of 0.8 mL/min,detection at 280 nm and the column temperature of 30℃.Results:The linear ranges of protocatechuic acid and protocatechuic aldehyde were 0.531-53.133μg/mL(y=18.162x+1.1962,r=0.9999)and 0.210-21.046μg/mL(y=50.909x-1.5071,r=1.0000).The recovery repeatability and method reproducibility were available.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and accurate,can be used for quality evaluation of protocatechuic acid and protocatechuic aldehyde in steamed rhizoma cibotii.
